Ordering online with us is safe and secure! Payments powered by RBS World Pay.
Please use the online payment process for your personal orders.
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
E.U. Schools/Businesses must provide us with a VAT Number to be exempt of vat charges.
Delivery charges are scaled dependent on your location and cart value. Please view the breakdown above. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped.
U.K. postage charges are:

U.K. & Northern Ireland Schools Orders ONLY
If you wish, you may send us a Postal Order or a personal cheque, but usually you would use a school cheque or education authority cheque or BACS payment.
To order by any of the above methods you can either send an e-mail to email@example.com indicating the Product, Size, Colour and Quantity along with your full postal address and contact name. We will confirm the total cost for your approval by return e-mail prior to dispatching your goods and payment invoice.
School Orders outside of the U.K.
Minimum order 25 units. Contact us via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for your Postage costs and delivery time scales.
We will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 3 days of the receipt of the product. You have a right to change your mind within 7 days of receipt of goods. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing, and in the condition you received them in order to receive full refund.
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will usually reply within 2 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
